Realtors, “HOW TO” walk into your personal real estate LEGEND

I quote Paulo Coelho:

“It’s [your Personal Legend] what you have always wanted to accomplish. Everyone, when they are young, knows what their Personal Legend is. At that point in their lives, everything is clear and everything is possible. They are not afraid to dream, and to yearn for everything they would like to see happen to them in their lives. But, as time passes, a mysterious force begins to convince them that it will be impossible for them to realize their Personal Legend.”

Now, to transition this discussion and tailor it to real estate. I’m going to ask a simple and direct question: “Why did you become a Realtor?” If your answer involves money, find a new career. Remember this, money is the end result. Again, “Why did you become a Realtor?” In order for all of us to walk into our real estate LEGEND, we have to have a very clear, sound, and purpose-filled response to this question. THIS IS POSSIBLE!! The unequivocal moment that YOU believe your answer to that question, your real estate career, no matter how many years you have been licensed has just begun.

Our Real Estate Legend

IF we are going to walk into our real estate LEGEND, we have to boldly and undoubtedly walk the walk! Out of ten(10) Realtors I come in contact with, I want to tell six(6) of them to just quit. Do the industry a favor and just quit TODAY!! Why do I say this? Because defeat is in their eyes, they obviously lack confidence, they don’t invest into their education, they don’t do ANYTHING to improve their business, they embrace and continuously give excuses, they don’t put into ACTION the things they learn, they got into this industry for the wrong reasons, and lastly they don’t BELIEVE or SEE themselves successful as a Realtor.

But, we are turning that thought process around TODAY!! You already know that you have to confront yourself and build your foundation by answering the question: “Why did you become a Realtor?” The next series of questions will automatically present themselves as you seek clarity about yourself and your profession in real estate. However, I need to transition over to a Simon Sinek moment. In order for each of you to walk into your Personal LEGEND, your passion, and purpose we have to use the GOLDEN CIRCLES by Simon.

In regards to real estate or anything, you are seeking to accomplish or fulfill, you “HAVE TO” start with this sequence:

#1 WHY: With clarity, answer: What’s your cause, what’s your purpose, and what’s your belief in regards to real estate. Always start with your WHY first…..

#2 HOW: With clarity, answer: How do you do it, how are you different, and how are you going to help me?

#3 WHAT: Demonstrate and Document Your Action: SHOW & TELL the world “WHAT” you do! Always say WHAT you do last….

Not only will it be a money sale yet you don’t need to worry about paying any vendor giving ins. Most of the time they will even cover your closing costs which will certainly conserve your extra loan. These money purchasers will likewise save you on those substantial real estate agent payments. Since your property is an offer for sale by proprietor there will not be any kind of real estate agent included.

In conclusion, and in this order, what is your WHY, HOW, and WHAT? You don’t have to like my example above. I BELIEVE IT! Nobody has to like YOUR description! YOU NEED TO BELIEVE IT! The purpose of this blog is to get Realtors thinking about their existence in the real estate industry and to begin walking into their personal LEGEND. The objective is to understand your WHY and EXPLODE, SHARE, and TELL!! Good luck on your journey….
